Miway is definitely not My way

A guy called Tebogo phoned me to renew and upgrade my car insurance policy. He gave me a "special" quote because I was such a "great client". Imagine my surprise when R300 more than the quote was deducted. I called and was told Tebogo would phone me back. I am still waiting. When I phoned to complain, I was promised I would be sent the recording of our conversation - I am still waiting. I decided I would cancel the policy - while on the phone, the line went dead. No one called me back. I have sent a complaint - yes, you guessed it, I'm still waiting for it to be dealt with. I gave them one star because there was no option to give Miway zero stars. Not impressed.
