MiWay is CLUMSY

Third party claim against their client was rejected because client says she stopped at the intersection when she didn't. They didn't access the accident report because had they done so they would know their client ****. Our statements on the accident report corroborated but my claim was rejected? Very pathetic investigative skills on MiWay's part. I had to send pictures of they accident report because someone must do their job for them right?!
