MiWay is ***********. Cancel your policy and move to another insurer NOW!!!
As a loyal MiWay customer that had never claimed since policy inception, I thought when I finally needed to claim MyWay will be as diligent in assisting me as they are in collecting their monthly premiums. This has NOT been the case. It has been over 14 days since I took my car to Eljoney Executive Body Repairs and I have absolutely NO idea if they've started working on the car or not. This has been the worst customer experience in my life. I have every intention to cancel my policy and move to an insurer that actually cares about customer service and their customer's well being once this terrible ordeal is over.
