MiWay is as useful as a wooden knife

I was involved in an accident on Thursday 22. I reported the matter to MiWay. They towed my vehicle to my home. The consultant failed to inform me that only a towing query was logged - which is ridiculous considering that a person with insurance would ONLY JUST tow their vehicle to their home and that be that. When I called to follow up on the matter on Monday after not hearing from MiWay, I was told to log another query which I did. I was told a towing vehicle would tow my car on Tuesday, well guess what... Still zero assistance received. Mind you I pay on time every ****** month!! Not a single consultant of MiWay has followed up to ensure that all is in order NOR do they get back to when you leave your number as requested at the call centre. This insurance is ****** ridiculous and NOT worth a cent they charge for their ******* so-called cover. I mean how am I supposed to get around wowing to all these freaking delays... What a nonsense insurance!!
