Miway is actually a Wrong Way....Stay away

Terrible service I have recieved from Miway. Their staff do not listen when you speak on the phone and bring no results. I required roadside assistance from them and I told the consultant to make sure that the person brings all the necessary tools and the tow truck person came with nothing. They took my car to my house the tow truck people had no tools to fix the tyre and promised to make arrangements come back and to take my car to a tyre fitment centre but they came and took my car to Assessment Centre.And now the they have logged the Roadside assistance as a claim.No one is giving me a clear direction as to what is happening about my car.

This e first time I get poor service from Miway. At first were doing their marketing and they managed to make me change to them and promised to cancel my existing insurance and I got a double deduction end of the month
