Miway is absolutely Useless

<p>I cancelled a policy in september 2016 already. Month after month Miway still deducts my debit order. after phoning several times to cancel they keep telling me the consultants have a high call volume & will call me back. It was about 2 weeks without any feedback when I called again to which I got the same response. Once again no feedback. The policy still hasn't been cancelled & my premium is still being deducted. Miway has absolute no competence & if they cant even sort a policy cancelation then I dont even want to know how they will handle a claim.</p>
