Miway is a very bad insurance company for blacks

6th instant I had an unfortunate accident collided with a stationary vehicle and tried by all means, to avoid the accident but I was told according to the policy that: “WHAT MUST I DO? In order to have continuous cover and a valid claim, I must: • use all reasonable care and take all reasonable steps, with the same degree of carefulness which can be expected from the reasonable man on the street, to prevent or minimise loss, damage, death, injury or liability”.

I still cannot manage to interpret such a statement because I did not mean to cause any harm to my vehicle nor to put my life at danger thus my claim has been disapproved and dispute made and also has been rejected. Now I am being requested to pay for the third party who is also miway clients. This insurance company is no good for its black clients as of the reviews I get from people who have experienced the same treatment. I have tried to publish this to daily sun which is the people's paper but they could not publish the story due to financial gains they are getting from this bad insuarance company. I will use all available avenues to expose them so that our people can have insite information before joining or taking on insurance with this disrespectful and arrogant company.
