MIWAY IS A USELESS INSURER

I had an accident reversing out my driveway and into my gate on my Mini Cooper on a Wedesday, which folded the drivers door open. The car wouldn't start after the accident, until we were able to close the door properly. MIway sent Johan Tata from Bassons to tow my car to Auction Nation in Bellville for the assessment. As the thread for my front hook to winch the Mini onto the flatbed is no longer there, I started my car and drove the vehicle onto the flatbed, showing Johan Tata that I had 223kms petrol as well. The car was at Auction Nation for around one week, then was towed to Donford in Strand for the repairs. Once panel beaten the repairer found that my car wouldn't start and the wires to the junction box have been tampered with. Johan Tata from Bassons **** that he winched the car onto the flatbed and it was never started. Now Miway have denied the claim to fix my car that doesn't start at all, even though I can prove I was in Fisherhaven, near Herm****, the Sunday before the accident and that I drove my car to put in petrol 2 days before the accident.

Don't trust Miway!!!! They send your car to a s**** yard which has a reputation for *****ing and swopping parts, then they deny your claim because the car you were reversing doesn't start....duh!!! They have proven themselves useless at the time you need them most!!

I am lodging a dispute and will be contacting the Ombudsman too!!

Wish I had stayed with Outsurance....or any other vehicle insurer instead!!

MIWAY SUCKS BIG TIME!!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!
