My dad was hijacked on the 22nd of September 2021 and the vehicle was recovered with damages to the ignition, my dad sent out a claim with all the required documents. Only 3 days later the car was picked up by a penal beater for assessment, the quote amounted to R64000 and declared repairable. After the accessor and claim administrator confirmed that the vehicle was covered up to the value of R144 000 my dad was called after a few minutes Miway claiming that my dad's car is going to be written off due to the value of the quote. My dad then went out of his way to get a cheaper quote even after the whole ill treatment and trauma he went through. Got a quote R20 000 less and you still can't repair his car MiWay ?! Now you are claiming to only pay him R38000 what kind of nonsense is that?

Why are you acting like ******? Or have you always been ****** and only showing your true colours when clients put in claims?
