Miway is a ****

Miway refused to pay my claim in full. I claimed for a tyre that was hit by a nail and need to be replaced, I was quoted 4300 for the tyre but miway said they will only cover R1663 because it is not a new tyre so the value has depreciated. The car was brand new when I bought and it is only 11 months. How can the value be less than 50% for less than a year? And not only did they offer me less but they couldn't respond to my claim for 3 weeks. I had to call them everyday but still couldn't get hold of the guy that was supposed to help me with the claim. Miway is a ****, currently looking for a new insurer because this was the worst experience for my first claim. I am still disputing the offer but I can't get hold of the assesor
