Miway is a *******.

I have a car, house, cellphone, scratch and dents and laptop insured with miway for almost 3 years now. For the first time I claimed with them and I have no joy. I insured my phone for R6000 in 2020 and in Feb I was offered an upgrade to R9000 which I took and now they only wants to pay me R5200. I have been dealing with Marc who has been telling me that he's waiting call recording since last week. No communication have been received so far but I always pay for my premiums.
