Miway is a nightmare
THE WORST SERVICE I've ever received. I had an accident on the 23rd June and ever since I have been calling in to ask about how the claim is going . Everyday I get told that they are doing validations and someone will get back tome and no one ever calls back. I was told that the claim takes 12-14 working days to complete but now I have been waiting for 17 working days now. The courtesy car has to be back at Avis on Saturday. now I am stranded all the premiums I was paying was for nothing . I don't think i will take Miway for my second car.
