Miway is a *********!!!!

HellowPeter Miway is useless including its partner I am disappointed with Miway Insurance. This useless company approved my windscreen replacement and instructed me to take my car to Glassfit to install a windshield which does not meet the Ford Motor Company’s exacting specifications. Basically, they fitted a non-original windscreen which is small and doesn't fit to the edges of the frame. Ford did an inspection on the vehicle and indicated that the windscreen fitted on the vehicle is hazardous because it does not fully extend to the edges where the glass is supposed to sit meaning it is slightly smaller than the original and can break easily which may endanger the lives of the occupants of the vehicle should it break while driving or should the vehicle be involved in an accident. What is strange is that we pay our maximum cover premiums, but should something go wrong, they fit non-standard imitations which are a danger to us, and they compromise the safety of the vehicle. From the onset it would this is a scheme which they are running with their partners of approving unsafe imitations which put our lives at risk in case of an accident. Miway you are useless and your partners. I just wish many to read this and cancel your useless policy that come with lame excuses. I Have tried to communicate with Miway & Glassfit, and I am given the runaround just like a headless chicken. I am also refused to get the contact details of an escalation person at Miway which forced me to now resort to putting such information on HELLOWPETER. Guys I don’t recommend you take Miway Insurance policy or any of their products. The windscreen Miway & Their partner Glassfit installed on my Ford EcoSport is clearly small and doesn't fit to the edges where it is supposed to extend to. As result the windscreen arm didn't not flush proper. Now that I have presented Miway with evidence from a Ford dealership after assessment of the windscreen, Miway is passing bug to Glassfit (their partner) while they have approved the windscreen fitting. I had to fix windscreen arm and ***l. The original glass used on Ford Motor Company vehicles is designed and built to provide optimum fit, function, safety and structural integrity. The quality, performance and safety of aftermarket replacement like the one Glassfit installed ion my vehicle can result in key safety features not functioning properly and reduced customer satisfaction in the performance of my vehicle.
