Miway is a disaster to deal with

I am furious - I have sent vehicle inspection photos, as requested, to *** for 3 vehicles. Vehicle one, they have obviously received as they are not querying, was sent at the same time as vehicle 2, which they said they had not received. Vehicle 2 inspections photos were sent on 23 March at 11.16, again on 13 April at 11.07 and a third time on 10 June at 18.32 each time in response to text messages saying they did not have the photos. Vehicle 3 photos sent 29 March at 15.24 and again on 10 June at 18.30 yet again in response to a text message saying they do not have them. Horrified to get a call from Miway this afternoon saying they do not have the photos! Each time these mails have been copied to Derek Moyo, Sales Team leader. I am reluctant to send the photos yet again and have them go missing, so I phoned Miway to speak to said D Moyo, and no one has heard of him. Dreadful company to deal with.
