Miway is a bunch of ******

I was previously insured with a company I don't recall, however I moved from them to Miway with the hope that they are not ******, however I insured my bike with them in 2010 I believe and paid them every month and even paid the annual increase even though the bike value decreased. Now my bike has been written off, I have followed the process and reported it to the police, I have sent them pictures and constantly ask them for feedback, finally after I had to get a letter stating that the bike can not be repaired as the value for repairs exceed the value of the bike. Miway contacted me and said ok they will pay me out and that they need to collect the bike and the original documents then they will pay me out. now today they have received all the documents they phone me for the details of my previous insurer so that they can confirm that my premeoum was based on this. now I don't have this details the person I used for this does not do insurance anymore. now they want to pay me less then they have to. I gave all the information that was required on the day of applying for cover, now when I want to claim they want to pay me less and want a bend everything to suite them.
