Miway is a ****

Miway is a ****, since 22 November 2023, I was involved in a car accident with 2 other cars. My car was in-front Car A, miway client’s Car B was second and Car C was Toyota and it was last. My car was knocked by miway client. But now my miway is saying I can’t claim from them even though their client’s car is the one who knocked my car. They say I should claim from the car C the last car that didn’t knocked me while they also claiming from the same person since the guy knocked their client. They keep lying that they will look into my case, is being 4 months, no call, no email, no communication since they said their client is not responsible. Please help.
