MIWAY is a ****

I was insured with miway and was in a car accident. I drove home from the scene and got home and slept. They then requested two hours to interview us including my son because they are not sure wo drove the car. I had a car accident I 2023 that almost claimed my life. The stress with miway landed me in hospital after they declined my car. where its interesting is that they can pull cameras before and after the car was damaged, I told them I dont quiet remember in which a psychiatrist confirmed that I may not because of ptsd that was not treated well post the accident. I disputed because they even cancelled my car hire whilst I havent finished the days and basically gave me the middle finger becuase I must now follow up om the dispute and I hav been ignored for over 2 weeks and I must beg them to pay my car whilst I was insured. they even asking if I was drunk and I dont even drink alcohol. Im so frustrated and struggling with no car whilst I must attend session post hospital. Waitse is the guy that dealt with the claim and they even viewed out phones, a serious invasion of privacy bur awe are now here, can only had for 7 days and yet they not extending it to finish my 20 days and saying I can figure out what to do with my car
