MiWay is a ****
To say I am annoyed would be an understatement. I got into an accident 3 years ago where someone bumped into me and MiWay was supposed to pay me to fix my car as I was insured with them. They told me that the drunk driver was supposed to pay for the damages and they would garnish him and make sure that he pays. They should have paid me and held the guy liable to pay them back as they were MY insurance. I am still waiting for them to pay me, 3 years later. No one even bothers to let me know how far they are with the matter.
