Miway irefer

So by Miway insurance as a client of more than a decade, I always leave good comments as the services I received up to now were very good, but this time around I am disappointed in Miway. The irefer on the Miway app state that if you refer someone and they take out the policy, you qualify for a cash out voucher. I refered my son via the app and he claimed Miway is trying to phone him during office hours and he can not take the call. I told him I refered him as he is paying a lot at another insurer and he then phone miway and told them he was referred by his father and want a quotation. Never the less he took the insurance by Miway, but after I query Miway about the voucher, I am told I do not qualify due to him not taking the call but phoning them instead...is this for real...unacceptable. I think I should refer him back to the previous insurer
