MIWAY INSURERS DECEPTIVE MARKETING

<p>Good day</p> <p>ISSUE WITH MIWAY INSURANCE</p> <p>I have been insured with Miway insurance for the past 7 years. I received my annual increase letter about two weeks ago and decided that since my car is now five years old, the increase would not make sense as the vehicle has depreciated exceptionally. I sent them an email to negotiate this but they didnt want to see it from my perspective, rather they sent me an sms last friday requesting approval from me to install a tracking device, i never gave them consent. Two hours later they sent me another sms stating that since I never approved the tracking device, they took off the theft and hijack cover without my consent leaving me in a vulnerable position if my car gets ******. They did reduce my premium but I never gave them consent to suspend the theft and hijack cover. This is absurd, people should be cautious when dealing with Miway. I have sent them two emails today while my car could get ****** at any time but they still havent come back to me. Im really ****ed off. You would think that dealing with an insurer for 7 years without any claims would forge a healthy relationship but trust me, companies like Miway dont give a dam. It isnt compulsory for any person insuring their car to take the services of a tracking company in order to cover them against theft and hijack, yet car insurers are bullying innocent people to take this cover as it lowers the risk from their side, once again, please be cautious when dealing with these tyrants.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Arif Khan</p>
