Miway insurence... From amazing to terrible in 5 days

So.. After being with king price for years. Where every claim was approved. Super fast response and great service. I recieved a call from Miway, whom I was insured with before moved to king price.

So I reciece a call a few weeks ago, from Miway, trying to get me to move over. I said, I'm happy.. Don't waste an hour of my time speaking so fast, no one can really keep up. But after I seen the saving of almost 40%. I thought why did king price not offer me a lower premium during covid. Concideriing I was not using my vehicles.

So I called king price and sadly they said they could not match the Miway premium, of giving me some sort of refund. Or discount. They said no. Sorry.

Soni decide to go with Miway, becoase I'm a responsible driver, never had a major incident. Im low risk and I need the saving.

2days into moving over I reciece my policy doc. And notice the person convinced me to move over to Miway. Never captured my vehicle description correctly.

So I had to get another quote, yes, re quote, get asked all the same question. Waste 30 min of my precious time.. To be told my premium will now go up, back to what I was kinda paying at king price.

I realize I was misled. So I'm the agent Raymond says, sorry sir. Our technical team and senior manager will resolve.. Please give me 24 hours. But don't worry your car description and year model has been changed.. So you are fully insured.

Anyway 24 hours go by, no call. I send emails. Then this morning Raymond calls to say, your policy has been updated, all is corrected and the premium will not change. So I say thank you Raymond. Like I really have to thank someone for doing there job,.

10 min later I reciece my son called updated policy and nothing had changed.

Soni call back, speak to another agent, sorry sir, I will ensure your query is resolved immediately and will send Raymond a email.

I still have not recieved a call, a correct and updated policy.

How dare you fool people, taken our money, and lead us down a path, leaving us open to loop holes where we cannot claim.

Shocking. I wish I had never left king price now.

Miway you have 48 hours to fix this before a find another insurer, and report you.
