5/5 stars! I dealt with a claims assessor agent named Carline Fell. Naturally when you receive your first email you're somewhat sceptical and put-off as you anticipate the process to be life-draining and drudgery.

I could not have misjudged more, Carline was probably the single greatest person appointed by the Man Above himself to ensure Im looked after correctly. She was kind, gentle, concerned and more importantly sympathetic to my situation and most unfortunate accident.

I wish everybody could have a Carline for their claims
