MiWay Insurance...........still waiting

Wrote a review on 13 Dec 2019 at 09:29 am, got called not long afterwards, had a discussion with a staff member and was promised that they will call me back, based on the discussion we had............I am still awaiting the call and it is February already..... Requested a call back last week, reference number is ***...........still awaiting that call.............a client of 8 years?????????
