MIWAY INSURANCE - YOU ARE A *******!!!

I have being paying a premium for years but when I require your assistance on my first ever claim you do not help. You hide behind "terms and conditions", how can you assess an item from 2 photo's then make a decision that the item is damaged due to wear & tear. This is coupled with the fact that i have previously emailed your disputes department with a full description to the claim but nobody in your organisation responds. Good people pay your hard earned money to a company that is there for you when you need them, not a company that runs off with your money and leaves you wondering, what if my house burns down will they hide behind t&c's again.
