Miway insurance - Worst service in Africa

I am a policy holder with Miway insurance . I pay my monthly installment on my car insurance promptly every month, they love taking your monthly installments but when you claim they have all kinds of stories and excuses not to pay your claim. I am will not let this go, i will warn everyone in RSA on a weekly basis about the worst service ever in the industry, bad call center service and insurance service in Africa. I will report my matter to the insurance ombudsman
