MiWay insurance worst service

<p>After being a client for more than 5yrs MiWay insurance could not give me a basic service of road side assistance. The call centre agents are not helping at all and worse off they cannot take correct details. I do not recommend anybody to this company they are the most expensive with the poor service. They lie about no- claim bonus. **************** after giving you no claim bonus they increase the subscription. On 18 April i had a wheel damage that required towing services in Irene Mall village and i phoned the call center i waited for 5hrs before i could get assistsence. I had to phone them 3 times checking when is the tow service arriving. Each time i called nobody could trace the logged call instead they would log a new call. Since i had waited from 11 am to about 4:15 it was late to take the car to the garage in Pretoria central hence i asked the call centre agent if the car can be towed to my house and they deliver the car to the garage the follwoing day. The agent told me it was not possible. Considering they caused the delay i expected them to offer help in my predicament. I logged a complain with the company the following day and I was told they will investigate until today i have not received any feedback. I have no option but to take my business to the next insurer.</p>
