MiWay Insurance what a pathetic service

I dont even know where to start.

What a pathetic service from miway warranty. after a number of emails and phone calls to get a simple claim sorted out, i am still without Joy. I have sent a claim last week Friday and do date, no feedback has been received. Follow up emails are not being responded too and when i call, still not one has feedback, even worse my claim was not registered after days of sending the documents to them, Only when i called thats when they registered the claim. I want nothing to do with this insurance, they are the worse ever insurance and regret choosing them over outsurance. Hlulani or Victoria and Sihle Gwabe their level of incompetency is disgusting, they made sure that the spell it out to me that loosing me as a customer would not make any dent to your company, but you know what keep your horrible service, I want my policy cancelled with immediate effect.
