MiWay Insurance Update

I recently recently changed to MiWay Car Insurance after being with another well known car Insurer for about 6years. MiWay reduced my car insurance to 1/3 of what I was paying before.(From about R600 to R210 pm). I will admit I am over 55+ my car is 13 years old and I have not claimed from insurance in about 20 years. I assumed that I might sacrifice some service for the reduced rate, I am very happy to say that it was not the case. When I had a car breakdown from the initial call to delivery of my car to the motor mechanic it was 37 min. My only feedback was that I would have appreciated feedback regarding the progress of the process, I had to check it with the tow truck driver of his progress and when the car was delivered. But the time it took was 37 min I was pleased with the overall process.
