I was ready to fight about an annual review which resulted in my car insurance premium increase by 15%. However, the retention consultant Mpho at MiWay showed great patience, empathy and professionalism in allowing me to blow off steam and in resolving my complaint way beyond my expectation. After holding on for a few minutes for the retention department, I got through to Mpho, which after only briefly speaking to me, asked if he could call me back. Fuming, I thought, JA RIGHT. To my surprise he immediately called back within seconds and though he explained the reason behind the proposed increase he ensured me he would do his best to come to more amicable terms for me. And on that he delivered beyond my expectation. I am better off for making the call to MiWay and especially after being helped by Mpho. Thanks sir, you did a great job!
