MiWay Insurance: the worst ever to exist!

MiWay is the worst insurance ever! I had to follow up on my claim, poor communication. Phumeza who was assigned to my claim, was not even sympathetic, she blatantly told me the car was a write-off without explaining why. I had to send an email asking for a report explaining why it is a write-off. I had to follow up on updates, and with all the follow ups, even Enrico the manager had poor communication. I had to send emails more than once and call to ask if they received my emails since they were not responding. They told me the settlement amount and repeatedly told me the amount they will be paying the bank. When the loss of agreement letter came through, all of a sudden after weeks, there was some deductables that magically appeared. When I asked where is it stated on the policy that there are some deductables and why they didn't tell me all along this Enrico manager said they can not help me. For anyone who wants to take miway insurance, just know you are heading for disaster especially when it comes to claims. It took them a month to settle the payment but if I hadn't been following up I am 100% sure it was going to take the whole year. They even have the worst communication with their 3rd party the ones who towed my car, those guys kept on calling me asking when will I be paying for their service instead of communication with MiWay, even after I raised a concern to MiWay. The only nice person was Nombuso.
