MIWAY INSURANCE THE HELL-WAY!!!

When I approached Miway about car insurance cover I was so happy with the sale person who offered me the Insurance policy , I felt it was fair and lower than my previous insurer.<br> Unfortunately after 3 months with them i had a car accident which resulted in my car being a write-off to my disappointment.<br> When I lodged a claim it was shady from the word go , I am writing this complaint because its now 2 full months since I had my accident and nothing has been done by MIWay<br> 1.They refused to pay my towing fees , stating that I did not get authorisation and only Miway accredited towers are allowed to tow clients , I later found out that the company was an accredited service provider. Miway than said they would pay a fraction of the fee . I refused but we agreed that they can fetch the car at the towing companies yard.<br> 2. My car went in for assessments for 3 weeks , and final decision was that It would be written-off.<br> 3. 0n the 12/12/2015 I sent Miway the settlement letter from my bank which states it is only valid within 5 days of which they know . Nothing was settled no feedback , no reply to my mails.<br> 4. Shalon requested a new one but still nothing. NO FEEDBACK !!!!!!
