MiWay Insurance (TERRIBLE and beyond useless!!!!}

My fridge was damaged and needed repairing or replacing. I reported it on the 16th of December 2019. Last week Thursday 2nd Jan 2020, someone came out to have a look at the fridge.... Now you can see the gap in date reported and date evaluated. I had to contact them again today to find out what is happening. Excuses upon excuses. I have to buy food every day because i do not have a fridge. Now i'm asking you, is this what they advertise on television?
