Received excellent service from the MiWay Insurance Team, it was effective, coordinated and fast. from the initial WhatsApp chat from Samukelisiwe who then made a follow up call and quickly attended to my request. She the refereed me to Puleng who was already briefed on my requirements and she further assisted. One thing about Puleng was the smile and energy with which she answered the call and you could feel she was enjoying her work and made my day. She then further transferred me to supervisor Kagiso who finalised my request in a way that i was happy with. The team showed great coordination and team work to finalize my request and provide me with a Premium i am pleased with.
