Miway insurance taking people for a ride..

I was involved in an accident in 2016. I had to pay the access fee for my car. But seeing that I was not on the wrong I was told that my access would be recovered from the other party its been 5years now and nothing has happened. I'm in debts now seeing that I took out a loan for the access fee. Im being taken from pillar to post for 5 years. I know these things take time. But 5 years is just ridiculous. I'm really struggling with this pandemic I mean R5500 is a lot of money for some of us. I had to cancel my insurance with them and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are really taking people for a ride...
