Miway insurance sucks

mIway insurance sucks agai and again. it"s been a month now exactly and i still waiting for my claim to be paid out. every day for the past monthm i have spend just about 1 to 2 hours on the phone and numerous e mails. i"ve been transfer to post and pillar when ever i was on the phone. only this morning when i had to scream and shout i got a emai that my claim will be paid in three days time. in the meantime i am still without a vechile because im waiting for them to pay me out to buy another car, i am not young anymore and i must depend on public transport because of them. they deduct a lot of money on your pay out but what about my phone calls that cost me a hell of a lot of money and uber costs. i am a nervous wreck because of them. and the bad thing is you hold on for over an half an hour on the phone then you get cut of and nobody will phone you back.alida stoltz
