Miway Insurance service sucks

Miway Insurance service, has disgusted me today! I have been driving around with uninsured due to their incompetence! My debit order did not go off on my account on the 31st of March 2019. I called the customer care line today 10 April 2019 to find out why just to be told that my policy was cancelled due to my non payment. The consultant told me it was due to insufficient funds in my bank account, mean while they had not even tried to debit order my account which had the funds, not only that they failed to let me know by email, phone or any other means that my policy was being cancelled. After further investigation the consultant then called me back to say it was a system error on their side and my policy has been reinstated immediately. I am not impressed at all with their service I have been with Miway since 2013. I wonder how many people are in my same situation out there? My reference number is: ********** 1
