MiWay Insurance, service received from Boledi Masehla
MiWay Insurance, service received from Boledi Masehla. After 3 very frustrating calls with other customer service consultants... Boledi came to the rescue. I wish Miway and actually all customer service divisions have more people like Boledi masehla. She knows her job, she is friendly and remains CALM even with an A Rate client like myself😁... she went explain the procedure clearly and phoned me back as promised. Please inform her manager of her excellent service.
