Miway insurance restification

i wrote a review earlier this month and i receive a call same day from the Manager (Ntokozo Mjokane) following up on my complain. He asked for Lock Smith invoice and processed my refund for R250 it was payed the next day. he apologised on behalf of Miway Insurance and also offered me a premium Holiday for the month of August and they did not debit me as they promised.

I can say that i am satisfied with his Feedback or speedy response on my case.
