Miway insurance refusing to pay a 3rd party liability. Check the response i received from them.

Please note that upon completing validations with the incident driver it was found that the incident driver is not covered for liability cover under our clients policy.

We therefore respectfully request that you redirect your claim to the incident driver directly as no offer will be forthcoming from our offices.
