MIWAY insurance Refuses to assist with claim

I am very unhappy with how Miway handled my 3rd party claim ,they did not do any investigation all i got from them was that they wont be able to claim from the 3rd party .I have all the images for both my car and the car that hit me ,i have witnesses as well,all they said was that they cant claim from the 3rd party because our statements are contradicting .

The other driver was in the wrong lane trying to turn,and her drivers licence has expired for 2 years. When i explained that to MiWay they said they dont deal with the road signs or the law ,they deal with who hit who. And now that the other party is blatantly lying ,MiWay is using that as an excuse not to claim on my behalf.
