MiWay Insurance refuse to help me

Hello Peter,

I have a bad experience with my current insurance (Myway), I was involved in a car accident on 30 September and they(MiWay) towed vehicle (H1) to German Motors to assess it and After they took it to SMD, after few weeks Myway called to say they wont pay out and they didn't give me their reasons why.

I think their reason is because i told them i once helped my family to travel Sun City , Cape town. They said they will give me my premium back, I then asked them to give me my car to fix it myself, They sent their tow company to fetch the car from SMD to the penal-beater who will fix the car.

When the car got to the panel-beater, he noticed that some parts are missing which where there when it got to German motor for assessment. on the 21 November i spoke to Shamel Mothibedi from Myway asking for help to replace the parts that are missing. they said they will investigate the matter and ask SMD what happened.

I spoke to Bongani from Myway Legal on 28 November who he promised they will help until now, i then went to German Motors to investigate what happened to the parts that are missing and they assured me the parts were in the car when it was towed to SMD. I have proof to show that the parts were there based on the assessment from GM and SMD papers parts are missing.

Myway refused to pay for my car damages and they also refuse to replace the parts that are missing under their care. all i want is for them to do the right things.
