MiWay Insurance Process Unfair

I am so disappointing in Miway its been since the 20 June that my issue has not been resolved their tow truck driver damaged our car admitted to the damage and miway turned it back on me where it had to come off my insurance and i had to pay the access. Yet it was their service provider that damage our car. They said they will claim the access from their service provider which is in house same insurance cover and no responds till date. I am so disappointing in Miway. Will not go back to this insurance with car insurance .
