Miway Insurance Poor Services

I am writing this letter as I am very disappointed with the service from Miway Insurance, which claims to be one of the best insurance companies.

On the 9th of August, I was involved in an accident, which was not my fault now I must pay the excess and wait for the vehicle to be repaired before their legal team can fight with the third party. It is now 31 days and my car is still with the panel beaters and Mi way cannot extend my car rental, leaving me carless for god know how long.
