MiWay Insurance - outstanding service
My husbands car broke down on highway on the N3 at around 12 o clock. I Phoned MiWay and spoke to Ntokoza and within a minute after the call my husband received an sms from him to share his location. 20 min later the flatbed was there and within 55 min after the first call he was home. I was updated via sms during the whole process. The driver of the truck was still in my yard when I received a sms to say that the car has been safely delivered.
What an outstanding service!!
So proud to say MiWay is my insurance company.
