My new iPhone was ****** from me and when I put the claim I was assisted by Chaimaine who subsequently fell ill (speedy recovery) and my claim got stuck in the process for days... I was able to contact MiWay and the claim was then transferred to Abey Solola who then assisted me. Abey Solola stepped in and assisted me in a cordial and professional manor, and he went extra miles for me and for that I applaud his service. Worth mentioning, he managed to approve my claim within an hour of submitting all the required information.
