MiWay Insurance not trustworthy.

On the 26th of may 2021 my horse and trailer which is insured under MiWay was involved in an accident. I then registered a a claim the same day.

MiWay then conducted an investigation and gave me an approval on the 26th of June 2021.

up until today there has not been any communication from MiWay, no update or whatsoever. the truck is at Strada panel beaters in Bloemfontein, and the panel beaters are now complaining that Miway does not want to pay them to commence with the repairs.

i would like to place on record that my truck was generating more than R300 000 rands a month of which i used to pay for the truck itself, the insurance , the driver and income, and as i type this letter out of frustration i cannot afford to continue with the above mentioned monthly obligations.

I have been in contact with Mr Jean Aucamp and Mr Paballo Phele who cannot give me clarity on the above matter.

My next step is to involve my lawyers and the ombudsman and maybe i will get assisted.
