Miway insurance not meeting their end of the bargain

At this point Miway does not deserve even 1 star. I have been with Miway since 2008 and the debit order has never bounced. This is my first "major claim" and they are refusing to authorize additional that were picked up by the panel beaters due to impact. They were quoted R11 500 for the additional unseen damage. It's been 2 weeks going back and forth. The panel beaters called to say they are not willing to fix my car anymore, they will assemble it and take it out of the workshop, and I must go get it. Why must it take senior management to authorize R11 500, for such a big company? When I call I am being told that it's being discussed by management. Just the other day I found out that Miway wants to pay me out. I don't want a pay out, I want my car fixed fully. Miway has been happy debit my account for 16 years and now when I need them to fulfill their end of the contract, they are leaving me out and dry. They say the additional is not Incident related yet I have I supp**** them with a video showing what happened.
