MiWay insurance not honouring their commitment.

I was a customer of Miway insurance policy number ***0, so I’ve cancelled the policy cause I’ve sold the car and i was promised I’ll get my money back into my account within 10 working days since it was debited already. That happened in 27th July 2022 till today they haven’t return money into my account and i have bought another car and I don’t think I’ll advise any of the people I know to use MiWay cause they are not honest.
