Miway Insurance no response to request for quote

A couple of weeks ago I sent an email requesting competitive quote for short term insurance. After A week I called and was told i did not mention the R400 so it was ignored..... Last Friday I was given a persons direct email address , and was assured it would be actioned. To date I have received NO correspondence with regard to my request for quotation. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt form this person. Now I have to assume Miway are not interested in my business and will have to accept they do not need my business.
