Miway Insurance no response

I don't know why they got a call me back service, not the first time I use it, sometimes they take up to 2 days to call me back or they do not call me back at all. Want to cancel my insurance with them before the premium goes of bank account, but still no response from them ,can't even beet quote from another insurer.
